This page explains how Iterate ("Iterate," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information, and the terms that apply to our text messages. Iterate is a trade name of Veex Photo LLC, a Hawaiʻi limited liability company.
Privacy Policy
Information we collect
When you contact us through this website, by email, or by phone, we may collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you give it
- What you tell us in your message, and how you heard about us
- A record of your consent to receive text messages, if you give it
This website does not use advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project
- To send text messages about scheduling, reminders, and service updates, only if you opted in
- To keep a record of consent and opt-out requests, as the law requires
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their marketing. Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. We share information only with service providers who help us run the business (for example, our email and text messaging providers), and when the law requires it. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party, except the text messaging providers that deliver our messages.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to work with you, and then delete it. If you opt out of text messages, we stop sending them but keep a record of your opt-out so we can honor it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing aloha@iteratehi.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

What the messages are
If you opt in, Iterate sends text messages about scheduling, appointment reminders, and service updates related to your project.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and providing your mobile number. By doing so you confirm you are the owner or authorized user of that number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply, and Iterate is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
Opting out
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts
- You will get one confirmation message and nothing after that unless you opt in again
- Opting out does not affect any work we are doing together

Delivery
Texts are supported on most major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we do not guarantee that every message arrives without delay.
General
Changes
We may update this page from time to time. When we do, we change the effective date at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
