Scheduling and pay for a small team
A team portal in the style of the one we built, running on a made-up creative studio called Brightreef. The schedule feeds each contractor's invoice, the owner approves it, and it lands in the finance numbers. Switch between the owner and a contractor to see both sides. Nothing you change is saved.
- As Jesse, tell Mele you can't make one of your shifts.
- Switch to Mele. Fix the double-booking and cover the open shifts on the schedule board.
- Back as Jesse, send this period's invoice. It fills itself in from the shifts he worked.
- As Mele, approve it, then check Finance for this month, this quarter and this year.
From the schedule to the books
The schedule does the paperwork
Shifts turn into invoice hours on their own, so nobody retypes a timesheet at the end of the week.
It works with the calendar you already use
Shifts sync to Google Calendar, so everyone keeps the phone reminders and alerts they're used to. Nobody learns a new calendar.
Problems find you first
Double-bookings, call-outs and long weeks get flagged before they turn into a missed shoot.
The numbers are always current
Approve an invoice and this month's spend updates. Month, quarter or year to date, no spreadsheet.
What would yours look like?
Every business runs a little differently. Tell us how yours works and we'll talk through what a system built around it could do.
